Formal Panhellenic Recruitment:

Orientation Night: Monday, September 5, 8:30 p.m. in the Commons Auditorium

This is the first night of Formal Panhellenic Recruitment. You will meet your Beta Chi's and the ladies who will be in your Beta Chi group. You will learn about what each night entails and the Panhellenic recruitment rules. Get excited, the week has just begun! Attire is casual cute - come as you are!

Sisterhood Spirit-Round 1: Thursday, September 8, 6:00 p.m. in the Commons Great Hall

This will be your first glimpse into Sorority life at UWF. Sisterhood Night will be your first opportunity to meet all four Panhellenic sororities. In this round, you will see the fun and silly side of each chapter. It is the night you learn more about sorority life and what makes each sisterhood unique. Each party you visit will present a video showing their meaning of sisterhood and the bond they share. Each party is 40 minutes long and high energy, so relax and enjoy meeting new friends! Attire is dressy casual.

Philanthropy Night: Saturday, September 10, 10:30 a.m. in the Commons Great Hall

This round allows you to see the philanthropic impact each organization makes nationally and within the Pensacola community. Every party you will watch a video on the chapter’s individual philanthropy and the platform they stand for. This round will allow more opportunity to learn the core values and foundation of each sorority.  

Preference Day: Sunday, September 11th, 8:30 a.m. in the Commons Great Hall            

This is the final round of Formal Recruitment. Preference is a special ceremony each sorority chooses to share with you!  It shows a more serious and heartfelt glimpse into the meaning of true friendship. Listen carefully to the songs and words you hear. These ladies are showing you what it means to be a part of their sisterhood.

Bid Day: Sunday, September 11, 4:00 p.m. at the Commons Great Hall

The day is finally here! Invitations to join a Panhellenic sorority are distributed and you are able to run home! Once bids are received, you enjoy the evening with your new sisters!
